 Because the users in the product privilege system do not have a hierarchical relationship, they need to approve the relationship management module to add.

 

 Example: leave the process. Employees are divided into different departments, so the approval of the leadership is different. In this case, the administrator cannot set up a fixed approval leader for each person. Therefore, it is necessary to define a relationship between the upper and lower levels. This relationship is the approval relationship.

 

 Problem solved: The product privilege system has no level relationship, so an excel table is needed to specify the business relationship between the approvers, and the relationship of the relationship table is uploaded to the approval relationship module.

 

 Where to apply: Select the “Flexible Approver” in the Approver attribute in the user task node or sub-process

 

 The approval relationship table format is required, and the sample table can be downloaded through the link provided in the dialog box popped up by the new approval relationship.
