The database of Data Space Configuration should be configured in advance before using DingDing. If the database is not configured or cannot be connected, dingding will not be used.

 

1.Enter the Manage System - System Settings - Data Space Configuration, expand Global Files  Configuration , as shown in the figure below.

 

2. After configuration, click the test connection and save connection.
