Before using enterprise WeChat, the database of data space configuration should be configured in advance. If the database is not configured or cannot be connected, enterprise WeChat will not be able to use.

 

 

1.Enter the Manage System - System Setting - Data Dpace Configuration, expand the Global File Configuration for configuration, as shown in the figure below.

 

 

 

 

 

2.After configuration, click the Test Connection and Save Connection.
