The help center entrance is in the personal center menu in the lower left corner of the page, and the user can control whether the help center is displayed in the menu by configuring parameters( homePage.userTab.hashelpdoc ). Figure:

 

After the user launches the product in an external network environment, opening the help center will pop up a window, and click on each icon to jump to the White Paper, Video Tutorial, Watch Demo,Download Document, Knowledge Base, and Feedback, as shown in the figure:

 

After the user starts the product in the environment without the external network, opening the help center does not pop the window, but directly jumps to the help center page built into the product, as shown in the figure:
