Configure action permission of dashboard 

You can configure the action permission of dashboard  for users, groups or roles by configuring the attribute: secure.db.action= xxx in bi.properties. Where xxx can be true or false, and the default value is false. When the value is true, the action permission of the dashboard can be configured in the access permission interface, and the action permission configuration column is displayed in the access permission list. When the value is false, the action permission of the dashboard cannot be configured in the access permission interface.

For example:after the user configure the attribute secure.db.action=true, the dashboard displayed in the access permission interface is as follows:

The edit button in the action permission configuration is not editable by default. When the user selects the read or write permission of db, the action permission button of the db can be edited. Click the edit button to enter the action permission configuration dialog, as shown below:

The action permission configuration dialog supports configuration Excel Export, Word Export, PNG Export, PDF Export, CSV Export, Email ,Share and Subscribe permissions. The user has all permissions by default, namely the default permission is all selected. You can also deselect certain permissions as needed. After clicking the OK button, the action permission configuration in the access permission interface is as follows:

Action permission configuration rules

When users, groups or roles configure the action permissions in the dashboard action of action, and configure the permissions of the dashboard operation in the create dashboard or view dashboard, and configure the action permission for the dashboard in the user's access permission interface, users really get permission to operate on the dashboard.

For example: user u1 has read permission to view dashboard of action and dashboard action of action by default, and grants read permission of  table (the dashboard has the default action permission), and grants email&share&subscribe permission for the dashboard in the access permission interface. As shown below:

Login u1, enter the view dashboard interface to open the  table, the toolbar of the dashboard has email&share&subscribe operations, but there is no operation of output component format, as shown below:
