Click "Form" on the node (user task) property panel that needs to fill in the information to select the corresponding report.

The frame will load the form that the user can see, and each node can only select one form.

Some notes on loading forms:

The form that usually introduces the workflow is a component with a report function. In order to prevent the user from bypassing the workflow to fill in the data, it needs to be set when the report is created.

 

1.Submit button hidden: When checked, the report of the workflow will be introduced, and the submit button will be hidden.

  When the user clicks the "Submit" button, the script in "Run at Submit" is automatically called, so just write the code that is submitted into the library.

2. Hide in view report: When checked, the report is not visible under "View Report"
