Enter the manage system -> enterprise app configuration to configurate DingDing.

 

❖Application information configuration

•Name: the name of  DingDing application,required.

•corpID: every enterprise has a unique CorpID.This information can be obtained on DingDing open platform -> homepage,required.

•AppKey: it can be obtained from  DingDing open platform -- application development -- application information -- application homepage -- application information,required.

•Application Serect: that is, application secret, which can be obtained from the open platform -- application development -- application information -- application homepage -- application information,required.

•Agent ID: every application has a unique agentID.In the nail open platform - application development - application information - application home - application information,required.

 

❖Contects Synchronization

  The address book configuration is used to synchronize and maintain the system and enterprise address books.

 

•Automatic synchronization

1. Select the conditions for the mailbox or moblie phone to match:

When the mailbox or mobile phone of enterprise DingDing is the same as the mailbox or mobile phone of yonghong products, the match will be successful.Otherwise, the match will fail.

2. Click "synchronize" to pull the DingDing address book once and match the unmatched DingDing members and the newly added DingDing members.The address book field that cannot be pulled displays empty.DingDing members that have been successfully matched do not need to be detected again.

3. After synchronization, the list of personnel is divided into a list of failed matches and a list of successful matches, which are switched by TAB and arranged in alphabetical order according to DingDing member names.

 

•Partial pull DingDing members

1.In the interface permissions of the custom application created behind the DingDing,control the pull range of yonghong product by selecting the permission scope.The user can select all or part of the employees.

2.Click "Synchronize" at yonghong product terminal and complete partial pull DingDing members.

 

•Manual synchronization

 Manual synchronization can be performed by modifying the user name on the match success and match failure interfaces.
