Enter System Management - configure enterprise WeChat in enterprise application configuration.

 

❖Start enterprise WeChat configuration

From the Home -> Manage System -> System Settings page, configure the shared file database in the Data Space Configuration - Shared File Configuration area and create a table.

After configuring the data space, you can go to the enterprise WeChat configuration interface to configure the enterprise WeChat.

Note: Only Super Administrator can perform Enterprise WeChat configuration.

 

❖Application  configuration

•Name: Enterprise setting, required.

•corp ID：Each enterprise has a unique corpid. You can view this information under the “My Enterprise”-“Enterprise Information” under the enterprise WeChat management background (requires administrator rights), required.

•Contacts Secret：View in "Administrative Tools" - "Contact Synchronization" (you need to enable "API Interface Synchronization"), required.

•Application Serect：That is, the application's secret, in the management background -> "enterprise application" -> click into the application, you can see, required.

•Agent ID: Each app has a unique agentid. In the management background -> "Enterprise Application" -> click into the application, you can see the agentid, required.

❖Contacts Synchronization

The address book configuration is used to synchronize and maintain system contacts and corporate contacts.

 

•Automatic synchronization

1.Select the conditions for the mailbox to match:

The enterprise email address of the user information has been filled in, the email address of the enterprise WeChat has been filled in, and the two mailboxes are the same. If any of the mailboxes are missing, or if the two mailboxes are not the same, the match will fail.

2.Click "Synchronize" to pull the WeChat address book in full and match the WeChat members who have not matched successfully and the new WeChat members. The address book field that cannot be pulled is displayed as empty. WeChat members that have been matched successfully do not need to be tested again.

3.After matching failure list and a matching success list, which are switched by tabs, and are arranged in alphabetical order according to the initial letter of the WeChat member name.

 

•Partial pull WeChat members

1.In the custom application created behind the enterprise WeChat,control the pull range of yonghong product by editing its visible range.The user can set visibility to individual,department,company and so on.

2.Click "Synchronize" at yonghong product terminal and complete partial pull WeChat members.

Note:Partial pull WeChat members is supported only when Application Secret is added to Contacts Secret in the App Configuration.Contacts Secret uses its own secret only to support all pull WeChat members.

 

•Manual synchronization

Manual synchronization can be done by modifying the username on the Match Success and Match Failure screens.
