❖Server-side data set download monitoring record
After downloading the data set on the server side, you can see the details of the download in the report of the monitoring system. The specific operations are as follows:
Go to Management System -> Audit -> Audit -> User Behavior to view the "User Operation Information Statistics" report. As shown below:
The recorded information is as follows:
【User】 The login user on the server side;
【User IP] IP of the server;
【Group] The group to which the user belongs. When the user is in the root directory, the group display is empty;
【Operation time] The time when the download action occurred;
【Operation object type] The downloaded object, namely: data set;
【Operation object] The path and name of the data set, with a suffix, for example: mysql.sqry;
【Operation type] Data download;
【Detailed information】 There are two types of detailed information, one is the downloaded database connection, for Example:User admin downloaded data set mysql and Connection/mysql. For example:User admin downloaded 11 lines of offline data from the data set "mysql".
❖Desktop report upload monitoring record
After the desktop report is uploaded to the server, the details of the upload can be seen in the report of the monitoring system. The specific operations are as follows:

【User IP】The IP of the desktop;
【Group】 The group to which the user belongs. When the user is in the root directory, the group display is empty;
【Operation Time】 The time when the upload action occurs;
【Operation Object Type】 Uploaded object, namely: report;
【Operation Object】 The path name of the report, with suffix, for example: table.db, table.dblink;
【Operation Type】 Upload on desktop;
【Detailed Information】 Detailed information of report upload. For example: Uploading Report"dashboard/table2"Upload details:Uploaded successfully[Dashboard:dashboard/table2, Connection:Connection/Demo Data_zhCN, Data Set:coffee];Select overwrite.
