Note:Login-Retrieve Password-Mobile retrieval is the product advanced module, which needs to be purchased separately: Y-SMS.
For the authorized management system, the product login home page provides the password recovery function, no permission management system did not retrieve the password function. When a user forgets his login password, a new password can be set with the "retrieve password" button.
There are two ways to find the password, one is to find the password through the mailbox, the other is to find the password through the mobile phone.
•Mailbox recovery
1. Click find password on the login page.
2. Enter mailbox and verification code, click submit, the system will send a reset password mail to the filled mailbox, and the password page will be automatically closed.
[Email] The valid email address that the retrieve password user fills in the user information, which is required.
[Authentication Code] The authentication code must filled in matches the verification code picture. The letters are not case 3. 3. 3. sensitive and are required. Click "Change another code" to replace the captcha image.
[Commit] After filling in the correct email address and authentication code, click "Commit", the system will send a reset password email to the completed email address, and the retrieve password page will be automatically closed.
The content of the email is as shown below:
4. Click the "Reset Password" button in the email to jump to the Reset Password page, as shown below. The reset password link is valid for 30 minutes. In 30 minutes, the user can reset the password several times, whichever is the last reset password.
[New Password] Enter the new password that the user wants to use. It should be noted that the new password cannot be less than 8 digits in length and must contain both uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
[Confirm] Enter the new password you want to set again.
[Reset Password] After entering the new password and confirmation password that meet the requirements, clicking "Reset Password" button will give a "Resetting Succeeded" prompt. After 1s, the page will automatically jump to the login interface.
5. Enter the user name and the new password on the login page, click "Login" to login to the product.
•Mobile phone recovery
1. Click "Retrieve Password" on the login page
2. Enter the cell phone number, click to get, the system will send a dynamic verification code to the corresponding mobile phone number, fill in the received dynamic verification code into the input box, click submit, will jump to the reset page, mobile phone recovery as shown in the following figure:
[Mobile No.] Retrieve the valid mobile phone number that the password user fills in the user information.
[Dynamic Verification Code]Need to configure SMS docking platform in advance. That is, to add the configuration of SMS platform in bi.properties, including the account name and password of the platform;
➢For example: Chuanglan SMS platform configuration, as follows:username:sms.def.sender.account=xxxx password:sms.def.sender.pw=xxxx
3. Reset the password interface, enter the new password and confirm the password to reset the password. Reset the password page, as shown in the following figure:
[New Password] enter the new password that the user wants to use. Note that the new password must not be less than 8 bits long and must contain both uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
[Confirm] enter the new password that the user wants to set again.
4. Reset successfully jump to login page and log in again, as shown in the figure below:

When there are several users using the same mailbox, it is impossible to determine which user has changed the password, so the mail will not be sent, and the user needs to modify the mailbox before using it.
After the LDAP user uses this function to reset the password, it is invalid. You need to change the password in the LDAP system.
