The mailbox configured on the mobile phone can be used to share the report on the mobile phone, or synchronize the mailbox information to the PC under the file rights management system.

 

❖Mailbox information synchronization

•No rights management system

The APP side will not synchronize the mailbox information of the PC, and you need to configure it yourself.

•File rights management system

PC-side configuration has been mailboxed: Synchronize the settings of the PC.

 

❖Mailbox configuration

1)Open the app on your mobile phone and click "My" --> "Mailbox Management" to enter the mailbox configuration page.

2)Fill in the mailbox information, and then enter the mailbox, authentication account, password, sending server, and port. After entering the email address, the authentication account will be automatically filled in, and the account number can be left blank.

 

3) Click Save and Verify and wait for the verification message to be sent.

If the mailbox configuration is incorrect, an error message is returned, as shown below:

 

If the mailbox is configured correctly, it will return the verification success prompt, as shown below, click OK to return to the "My" page.
