Components that provide selectable data items and automatically filter the data are called filter components. Such components include Filter List, Filter Tree, Calendar, and Range Filter. When you modify the options on the filter component, all output components (such as charts, tables, pivot, text, and gauges) that are the same data source for that component automatically filter out the data. This kind of behavior is called data linkage. Data linkage is an important feature of Yonghong Z-Suite. It is to provide a method for extracting information from the database and improve the user experience so that any analysis based on arbitrary data can be responded to. When the user selects certain records on the component, these records are sent to other data components of the same data source as query conditions to update the query data.
