How to Use the Sub-process to Create the Delivery Process

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

If a small part of the process needs special processing, copy it into multiple identical copies, but it is handled by different people. At this time, you can use the sub-process to copy the parts that need to be copied into multiple copies. It should be noted that the sub-process must have start and end nodes.

For example, in the following asset reporting process, when a person initiates a task, a number of filling and approval processes are generated. These same processes are juxtaposed and do not interfere with each other. If you need each department to fill in the assets of your department, how many departments will copy the sub-process into as many copies. Nodes outside the subprocess are not executed until all of these copies have been approved.

Sub-process approvers need to use multiple people to process multiple copies.

In addition, the subprocess must have start and end nodes.
