The dashboard resources in the system have different priorities. When resource competition occurs, the system first executes the resource with higher priority.

The execution priority is determined by two factors: the user's priority and the dashboard's priority.

 

Notes: Only Z-Suite and Y-Vivid Show provide this function. X-Suite and Y-Reporting do not support setting dashboard priority.

 

❖User Priority

When resource competition occurs in the system, the dashboard of the user with the highest priority executes first.

The administrator can set the user's priority on the Manage System -> Authorize Users -> User Management page.

❖Dashboard Priority

If the users’ priorities are the same, then the priority of the dashboard is used to determine which is performing first.

The administrator can set the priority of the dashboard in Create Dashboard -> Dashboard Settings -> Advanced.
