In addition to the user's default attribute configuration such as username, nickname and mailbox, users with admin_role can support custom attribute configurations such as job and region. The custom attribute configuration item is configured globally. After the configuration takes effect, it will take effect for all users in the system.

After the user with admin_role login, "Customize User Attributes" can be seen in "More" options of User Management interface, as shown below:

Click "Customize User Attributes" to enter the customize user attributes dialog, as shown below:

【Add】Click the "Add" button to enter the user attributes dialog, as shown below:

【Name】The name of the user-defined attribute such as position, region, etc. Users can configure the attributes according to their own needs, and it must fill in.

【Parameter Name】Set a global parameter in the system for the custom attribute to call the value of the custom attribute. The default value is the same as the name and must be filled in.

【Mandatory】Whether it is necessary to fill in the value of the custom attribute, and the default value is "yes". When the mandatory item is set to "yes", the added attribute bar will be marked with a "*".

【Default Value】Set a default value for the custom attribute. When the mandatory item “Yes” is selected, the default value must be filled in; when the mandatory item“No”is selected, the default value can be filled in or not.

【OK】After configure the contents in the above list, click OK button to add the custom attributes to the customize user attributes list, as shown below:

【Edit】Select the added attributes, the attributes can be edited and modified by pressing the "Edit" button.

【Delete】Select one or more added attributes, the attributes can be deleted by using the "Delete" button.

【Clear】Empty the contents of the customize user attributes area.

【OK】After Click the "OK" button, you can add, delete or modify custom attributes. The attributes successfully added will be displayed behind the priority of user information editing interface , as shown below:

【Cancel】Cancel the configuration or editing of custom attributes.
