IT users can add a note to the column at the dataset to explain the meaning of the field, and the content is customizable. When making a report, when the mouse moves to the field, the corresponding comment is displayed, which is convenient for other business personnel to know the meaning of each field.
Click the More icon on a folder, hierarchy, or field to open the Column Comments dialog box, as shown:
[Column] shows all the columns in the dataset, including expressions, hidden columns, and so on.
[Remarks] Double-click the input box to edit it, and you can add comments to the column.
[Clear] Clear the comment information of all columns.

Bind the data set in Create Dashboard, and view the column's comment information on the bound resource tree, as shown below.
