Publishing is divided into private publishing and public publishing. Private publishing only allows users to fill in forms after logging in to the system. Public publishing does not need to log in to the system. After copying the filling link of the form, it can be filled in. Private publishing and public publishing can coexist.

Click the select member button to set the members who need to fill in this form and publish the form to these system users.

 

You can select members to access this form by group, role and user. Click OK to save the settings.

 

After the public link is opened, you can scan the QR code, copy or directly open the link of the form to fill in.

[Public Link] set whether to open public link.

[Copy Link] copy the fill in link of the form.

[Open Link] a new window opens the fill in link of the form.
