After clicking Refresh Metadata button, users can click to Add Filter to open the Filter dialog box.

Users can Click to add filter condition in the Filter dialog box as shown in the figure below.

 

After setting the line filter, users can only see the data with "Product Category Key" equal to 3 when making reports to view data.

 

Users can edit Filter as the qualified condition in the dialog box.
