Use the Ctrl key of the keyboard to select multiple cells of the table component to set the format uniformly. In this way, multiple locations can be simultaneously applied in the format of the settings, which is more convenient to use. The format is modified on the basis of the original format, and The original unchanged format is not modified, and only the format of the modified portion is applied. After selecting multiple cells, click the Format button in the right panel => General to set the format.

Columns 1 and 3 on the table have different formats, as shown:

Use the Ctrl key to select the 1st column and the 3rd column and set the uniform format: the background color is yellow, the font color is black, and the 2 columns of data only change these 2 formats. The other formats remain unchanged, as shown in the figure:
