Create table

Drag the right side panel - Table component  createTable  on the component to the dashboard edit area.

The status of the table

The table has two states: the Plan Table , the Aggregation Table.

The new table defaults to the Aggregation Table. In the binding mode, click the buttonclip0538 in the upper right corner of the binding area to switch the Aggregation Table and the Plan Table. The conversion will remove potentially illegal fields, such as binding aggregation indicator calculators, and attempt to convert summary functions of the measurement fields.

Data source binding

Select the table component to open the data binding interface on the right panel. You can drag and double-click the field to achieve data binding to the table component. The table component can bind multiple data segments. In the query tree, the Shift key is continuously selected, and the Ctrl key is not continuous. There are three ways to bind data segments:

1. Drag and drop the data segment to bind window to achieve binding, as shown in the figure:

binding1

You can also drag the data segment to the binding window to replace the binding;

2. Drag the data segment to the table area to achieve binding, as shown in the figure:

binding2

You can also drag and drop data segments into the table area to replace bindings. You can also drag data segments to insert bindings in the table area.

Replace the style of the original data segment:

3. Double-click the data section of the query tree list to implement binding.

Remove data segment

This product supports four ways to remove data segments.

1. Select Delete in the drop-down list of bound data segments.

2. Drag and drop directly to achieve data segment removal, drag the data segment to the query tree.

3. Remove all data segments by using the bind window's shortcut clear button.

4. Drag the green triangle to the query tree to remove it. as the picture shows:

Available operations for bound data segments

There are different operations for summary tables and non-summary tables. When the summary button is highlighted, the current table is in the summary state. See the figure below. The non-aggregate table means that the bound data is not aggregated and the summary table will summarize the bound data.

There are differences in the available operations for table-bound dimension data segments and measure data segments.

action

The available operations for the dimension data segment of the summary table are shown in the following table.

rop-down options for dimension data segments

Instructions

Sort

The data in the data segment can be sorted. See the sorting and ranking for the detailed introduction of sorting at the medium and advanced level.

Dimension

Display the current data segment as a dimensional data segment

Measure

The user can perform statistical calculation on the current dimension data segment (count, different value count, maximum value, minimum value)

Alias

Users can alias the currently bound dimension data segment

Delete

Delete the current data segment

Total

Total for each column (blank, preposition, postposition)

The available operations for the metrics section of the summary table are shown in the table below.

Dropdown options for measure data segments

Instructions

Dimension

Users can convert the current metric data segment into a dimensional data segment without any statistical calculations.

Measure

Users can perform various statistical calculations on the current metric data segment

  Month-on-month

The user can do year-on-year calculation for the current measure data          segment. For details,   see the calculation of Month-on-month/Year-on- year.

  Year-on-year

The user can perform the same-by-meter calculation of the current metric data segment. For details, see the calculation of Month-on-month/Year-on-year.

  Add Dynamic Calculator

The user can do dynamic calculation for the data in the current data            segment. For details,  see calculator .

  Pre-defined Dynamic Calculator

Dynamic calculator pre-defined in the system

Alias

Users can alias the currently bound dimension data segment

Delete

Delete the current data segment
