The common properties of Text Parameter are similar to those of table components. For details, see "Set the table". The detailed properties of Text Parameter are detailed below.

Select the Text Parameter component and click Settings on the right panel. Expand the property settings page:

[Mandatory]The default is not checked. When checked, the component is a required component. When there are multiple parameter components or filter components involved in filtering, only all the required components have selected values to filter out data.

[Multi-line Text Parameter] is not checked by default. When you check the multi-line Text Parameter, the data type item in the editor will be grayed out, and the multi-line Text Parameter can only be a string type. When the multi-line Text Parameter item is not checked, this option is grayed out when the data type is set to other non-string type. After setting multi-line Text Parameter, the component can input multiple lines of text, support automatic word wrap and manual line feed when input, and set multi-line Text Parameter as shown below:
